For the second week in a row, another of the district's biggest country shows has decided to cancel its event this year.
The Keith & Tintinara District Show was supposed to take place on October 10, but the current COVID-19 pandemic has forced the committee to pull the pin on the popular event.
Committee members made the tough decision last Friday, and it is the second major event the town has had to cancel due to the pandemic, with the Keith Diesel and Dirt Derby being cancelled in March.
"Our committee made a very difficult decision, based on our current COVID Plan we have in place to cancel our show for 2020," the committee said.
"It was a heartbreaking decision to make after the cancellation of the Derby for 2020 also, however the safety and well-being for not only you and your families but all those involved in making the show a success is our number one priority.
The committee concluded that they can't wait to see all of their loyal supporters next year.
