Police are investigating an assault at Bordertown this morning.
Just after 8.30am on Friday, December 6, a 12-year-old girl was walking west on a walking track between Naracoorte Road and Victoria Parade, Bordertown, when she was approached from behind by a man who grabbed her forearm. The girl pushed him away and ran off.
The suspect is described as being tall and slim with fair skin and some facial hair. He was wearing a black beanie, black jumper, black pants, black sneakers and sunglasses.
Any owners of CCTV in the vicinity of the incident or within the township of Bordertown are asked to review their CCTV in an attempt to identify if they have captured anyone matching that description.
