Bordertown's Highway Christian Centre will host people from all over the state at a "Refreshing Conference" on March 21-23.
The event will provide an opportunity for people to come together and encourage one another, while raising money for a good cause.
Organiser and campus pastor Janine Neumann said all money raised from meals will go to missionaries overseas.
Refreshments will be available, with coffee and tea provided, along with morning tea and supper.
There will also be a children's program available for kids from the ages of 3-12 years, with each child needing to be checked in 15 minutes before each session.
Along with having a children's program available, the event will provide entertainment for everyone and will also include Bordertown's senior pastors David and Donna Hall.
The Highway Christian Centre is also excited to announce the addition of New Orleans based pastors Frank and Parris Bailey to the conference.
Both are involved with the Victory Fellowship church in the United States, which reaches out to the homeless along with those who are lost and brokenhearted.
Mrs Neumann said it will be great to see people of all ages within the community come together and connect with one another.
"We love to bring people from across the area together to experience the love of Jesus and build each other up with our faith," she said.
"We have a real love for our community, caring for those in need and helping out whenever we can.
