Two local men have lost their licence after being caught drink driving this weekend.
Just after 9.30pm, Saturday, patrols stopped a man on Vogelsang Road Padthaway and submitted him to a breath test. He returned a positive reading of 0.081.
The 30-year-old from Padthaway lost his licence on the spot for six months.
About 11.30am Sunday, patrols were called to Magarey Crescent, Naracoorte after reports of a man damaging property with his car. The man, a 37-year-old local, was allegedly under the influence but refused a driver screening test.
He lost his licence on the spot for 12 months and had his car impounded for 28 days. He was reported for drink driving, property damage and refusing a breath analysis.
Both men will be summonsed to appear in court later.
