*Discounts are not available at the start of the year or when the client starts advertising for the first time. Discounts are given when the client’s useage has reached the centimetre total required, then the client may apply for a credit to be given for the difference between the casual rate and the space discount rate.
Clients may, if they wish, sign a contract agreeing to use a specified number of advertising centimetres over 12 months. But if the useage does not reach this target, the client must agree to pay a surcharge of the difference between the contract and casual rates.
